We want you to be happy with your SoftCandy Toys purchase. If you need to return an item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the toy is in its original packaging and has no signs of wear, damage, or use.

Once we receive the returned toy, you may choose between:

Exchange: Exchange the toy for another toy of the same value, provided the requested item is currently in stock.

Refund: Receive a full refund once the returned toy has been received and inspected.

 

Manufacturing Errors

If your toy arrives with a manufacturing error or defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange an exchange for the affected item.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
