At SoftCandy Toys, we are a small team of three creatives, and every order matters to us. We want you to have a great experience from the moment you discover one of our characters to the moment your new companion arrives at your door.
If you have questions about an order, shipping, a product, returns, exchanges, or anything else, please reach out to us. We are always happy to help and will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Orders & Shipping
Our toys are carefully packaged before leaving our studio to help ensure they arrive safely. SoftCandy Toys ships worldwide through our Shopify store, while our Etsy shop currently serves customers within the United States.
Because many of our toys are produced in limited quantities, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible if you have an issue with your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Return and Exchange Policy before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
If your toy arrives with a manufacturing error or defect, please contact us right away so we can help make it right.

Our products are designed with collectors in mind, featuring original characters and limited production runs. Because our releases are produced in limited quantities, wholesale availability may vary depending on the collection and current inventory.
We work directly with retailers to make the process as simple as possible and are happy to discuss available products, wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and upcoming releases.
